The results showed that Soybean isoflavones showed antimicrobial activity to Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae, but they had no antimicrobial activity to Aspergillus niger. 结果表明,大豆异黄酮对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和啤酒酵母都有一定的抑菌效果,随着大豆异黄酮浓度的增加,其抑菌作用也增强。
Study on protoplast fusion from Saccharomyces cerevisiae K and Aspergillus niger by electrofusion 电融合法构建黑曲霉与K氏酵母融合子的研究
E.coli 、 S.aureus 、 Saccharomyces and Aspergillus niger were taken as strain tested to research the antibacterial property of different nano-powders prepared. It was found that the antibacterial property of nano-ZnO was increased remarkably by microscale dope. 以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、酵母菌及黑曲霉为受试菌株考察了不同纳米粉体的抗菌性能,发现掺杂比例为10/1的纳米粉体抗菌性能最好。
